Before you book
What exactly is 70% off in September?
Every service on the menu, for every client, new or returning, booked for a date on or before September 30. The discount comes off the menu price at checkout; no code, no minimum. Products and gratuity are not discounted. Full terms on the September Offer Terms page.
Do I have to book online to get it?
No. Online, by phone or walk-in all get the September price. Online lets you pick a stylist and lock the time.
How do you confirm appointments?
By text within the hour during opening hours. If you do not hear from us, call; nothing is confirmed until we reply.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Cancel or move free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours or a no-show, we ask for 50% of the booked service on your next visit. Fifteen minutes late may mean a shorter service.
Do you do consultations?
Yes, free, fifteen minutes, for color, extensions and keratin. Book “Extensions consultation” or call and ask for a color consult.
